I’m kindof surprised that only 3 people voted for the next heir because the dashboard says there’s lots of people visiting my blog. We’re talking about double digits here: Like, tens of people. Maybe even twenties of people! Right now Serefina is in the lead:
Niobe Wolfe ———— Serefina Wolfe ———— Prometheus Wolfe
Week 13 – Day 91:
Prometheus aged up and rolled the Family-Oriented trait. After unpacking everything from the latest trip, Keri achieved her lifetime wish: own §20,000 in relics. Tristan convinced Tanner to finally end his marriage to Terry, then started writing his first romance novel “He Was My Everything”. After getting promoted to Executive Chef, Cascadia needs to infiltrate the other diner to figure out their secret recipe.
Week 14 – Day 92:
Virgil has 9 days left, Serefina has 12 days left, and Prometheus has 6 days left.
Keri stole another car, the Bwan Speedster, to make up for the game stealing my last stolen car. … If that makes any sense. Cascadia was submitting a dish for a contest and it spoiled halfway through, so it was only worth §5.
Tristan was dining out when the busboy dropped a steaming hot bowl of gazpacho in his lap, but he got a free desert out of it.
Joe decided to take up a second romance, the vivacious Carey Dubois. He’s got the reputation as a Cheater, so he might as well do something to earn it!
The Network is threatening to close down the Sahara Corporate Headquarters unless Tristan can write a Best-Selling article by next week. He’s already halfway through writing a book and I didn’t want to lose all that progress, so the metaphorical heat is on!
Keri was promoted to Undercover Specialist, and Niobe was promoted to Overseer of the Dead.
I wanted to bring some drama to the simverse, so I invited the wronged parties (Terry, Stephanie, and Addison), the booty-calls (Tanner and Carey), and the cheaters (Tristan and Joe) for a party. I thought for sure a party full of affairs and broken hearts, somebody would throw a punch, but I guess they were all too polite.
I also expected Addison Ross to die when she found out Joe was cheating, but she went home to die instead. Strangely, Joe is not even upset even though they were dating for 60 or 70 Sim-years. Go figure! RIP Addison, your hairstyle will live on in memory.
Cascadia was promoted to Chef de Cuisine (just one more to go!), and Keri was promoted to Special Agent. Cascadia also made her report about the rival fast-food diner, the one that gave everybody salmonella last week. The school wants Niobe to join the Writing Club so she’s gotta work on that later.
Joe needs to bring 20 excellent pieces of produce to the restaurant. I didn’t realize at first but this is the Uncommonly Good opportunity that lets you grow Cheese or Eggs, so I didn’t rush to complete it right away.
Time for the bi-monthly eating contest. Everybody except Virgil won, so that’s §7,000 free money right there. Cascadia learned how to make the Cheesesteak recipe, she threw the book into the air, and it EXPLODED. … Well that’s something new.
Serefina and her old babysitter Brady Davies have hit it off, so now they’re going steady. Without realizing the company is going bankrupt, Niobe buys stock in the Sahara building. As preventative measures and in reflection of the Great Llama Stampede of ’84, the military needs Joe’s expertise on treating trauma patients.
Keri was able to convince her boss for a raise and promotion, so now she’s a Triple Agent. If she gets caught, the government will completely disavow any knowledge of her actions, which is kindof badass.
Cascadia gets the Uncommonly Good opportunity too, so now she can grow the dairy-based cheeseplant. Tristan won another Simitzer Prize for his great reporting skills.
Terry (Tanner’s ex-wife) and Stewart Shaw (Addison’s widower) have fallen in love. I guess it makes sense that they’d bond over their shared pain or whatever.
Keri was promoted to an International Super Spy, which is the top of the Law Enforcement career. She also reported in about the star she found so the Science Lab is having a Hawaiian Lab Coat day to show their appreciation. She also became a partner at the Stadium. Tristan started writing “Why Changing Your Socks Could Save Your Life!”
Cascadia ages up to adult, so she throws herself a formal birthday party. She had to skip work to come home, blow out the candles, and rush back. Because she’s a very dedicated culinary artist!
Niobe got to meet Elijah Vasquez-Claremont in the spooky cemetery, because he was standing around when she got out of work. Is this the start of a beautiful relationship or a potentially violent stalking?
Joe’s previous boss made a deal with the local mafia for a great deal of money, and now the hospital is in-debt to them. Joe can convince Nikita Parsons (criminal) to let it go, if he first convinces Irene King-Tanner (a police-cop) to stop raiding the criminal’s hideout. He’s also got a fifth granddaughter called Susie.
I keep getting NRaaS notifications about 3 sets of Sims that can’t find any homes to live in, so I added a really cheap house to the neighbourhood. Does this satisfy the Story Progression? Perhaps.
Tristan’s newest articles are called “I Like Pizza” and “Your Neighbour is a Hitman!” I gotta remember it’s Prometheus’ birthday once they get back from…. Let’s say, China.
