Hello all! I hope you are having a good Labour Day Weekend (if you celebrate this holiday). We’ve just come back from up north visiting my grandparents for my grandpa’s 86th birthday. There was some confusion but overall I’d say they had a really good time. I was so happy to see them!
Week 16 – Day 112:
It’s Prometheus’ birthday to Young Adult fiction, and he gets the Slob trait. Boy, can I relate to disorganization! Oh, and he blew up somebody’s car at the scrapyard. I’m kindof surprised, he’s never been charged because he’s blown up Sims, furniture, and vehicles. Oh what am I saying, the only laws in TS3 are “Don’t work at the Warehouse!” and “Don’t make crank calls!”
At the party Joe gave his daughter Sofia some experimental medication and she literally burst into flames. Also Ghost Keri is still hanging around the Legacy House, I think she’s planning on staying for a while.
Oh my gosh, Zachery and Jena Vasquez-Claremont are back together again! Niobe’s gotta work her magic if she wants to keep her cutie. Also she was promoted up to the Ghost Grabber position.
Week 17 – Day 113:
Virgil’s 84 and Serefina has 12 days left before Adulthood.
Glitch time: Serefina is sick. Not in a physical way, but as a virtual person she has developed a virtual sickness. Every time I try to give her a command the game literally freezes. I thought at first it was clothing-related, but now I have no idea. Right now my theory is there is a mod that is affecting her and nobody else..? Here’s a post explaining the problem completely.
It took 8 days, but Tristan finished his masterpiece and it’s worth a whopping §75,006. He gets the wish to write another but I have no idea how long he’s going to be with us, so he’ll just stick to smaller books.
Niobe convinced Zachery to dump Jena again, and even managed to sneak in her first kiss. Now they’re officially a thing, right?
Serefina managed to save her first 2 lives (just 28 to go!), which earned her the Firefighter’s Trophy of Honour and promoted to Backdraft Specialist (level 8).
Pascal was fast-tracked up to Agricultural Mastermind (level 10). He literally just sold bags of Moneytree the whole time, because I’ve been stockpiling Fruits and Vegetables since Day 1. In case of apocalypse or something.
Rosalyn gave birth to Joe’s latest child: Pawel. Pawel? Really? Also somebody at City Hall banged their head on their desk and it’s up to Joe to save their life.
It kindof sucks that Serefina has the unlucky trait, because she keeps getting small house fires and such at work. She needs to rescue more Sims or she’ll never accomplish her LTW.
The Supermarket aquarium is too full of fish, they need Virgil to come over and de-stock it.
Good grief, even though Zachery kissed Niobe he’s gotten back together with Jena. AGAIN!!! Now, where’s that chainsaw..
Apparently the politician Joe was supposed to treat died. I guess that’s negligence or something. Bad Joe!, bad doctoring!
Also Prometheus mastered the Inventing skill, but there’s still some inventions he can’t build.
Cascadia has only 2 days left until she ages up, so this is the last chance for her and Pascal to have that baby. Unfortunately, her pregnancy signs their eviction notice because the household is already at maximum capacity. But not to fret, they still get a Moving Out party!
Meanwhile, in the C-Plot, Prometheus built himself a Time Machine and
flung tossed threw himself into the future. The text describing his adventures are very funny, one of them describes Jack Shepard from Mass Effect defeating those giant-squid-robots. He also got the Medal of Genius his ingenuity.
Prometheus continues exploring the future, and runs into those bad-ass robots from Terminator 2. Also, why don’t the Future-Sims have Teleporter technology? The Wolfe family have 3 Teleporters on their lot alone!
Niobe got promoted to Creep Seeker (level 7). She’s getting closer to finishing her LTW, then maybe she’ll get married with Zachery.
Sadly, it’s time for Cascadia and Pascal to move into their own little bungalow at 232 Sedona Lane. I’m hoping they have a wonderful child and create their own little family tree.
However, now that we’ve freed up some room, Serefina asks Brady Davies to get married. And she does it in the most romantic spot I could find: a dark nightclub with neon blacklights. Naturally he said yes.
Tristan wrote (what I assume to be) his last book, “End of the Line”.
I’ve been gathering up Gems and Metals for a while now and just throwing them in a treasure chest, but now Serefina’s going to start getting them cut and smelt in order to complete the collection.
It took some convincing, but Niobe and Zachery are now dating, Officially official. Let’s just say they sealed the deal.. Who could resist Niobe when she’s in a good mood?
The Illuminati in the 34th century want Prometheus to give them his time machine! Oh noes! Prometheus discovered the very last invention, the Miner. It’s somewhat hit or miss whether you find anything good, and it usually pisses off everyone on the entire lot.
Cascadia was visiting the house when she went into labour, so Tristan took her over to the hospital. The newest additions to the Wolfe family are called Lewis and Rene. (Rene is a boy.)
Jena has finally thrown in the towel and started dating Zachery’s brother, Jeremy. No more sneaking around with Zachery, that is.
Oh, time for the wedding of Serefina and Brady!
Apparently Brady has the fashionista LTW, which is pretty lame. You know what? He’s going into the Private Investigator career. I’ll just get him the change LTW reward later on.
Niobe and Prometheus get into a fight, and she beats him up. Man, she does not like her little brother!
500 years from now, Prometheus finds a book by a modern-day Sim who isn’t an author. Oh crap, I guess this means time-travel changes the present..? Also he got promoted up to the Whatchamahickey Designer (level 4).
Case #1: Brady needs to dig up some dirt on Terry Lancaster-Tanner because Rosalyn Lancaster-Tanner thinks she’s working for the mob. Well, yeah, everyone knew that already. Case closed! Brady also blackmails Terry for some extra cash.
Oh, and apparently Joe has the hots for his daughter’s half-sister.. I know he’s not technically related to her, but yuck.
Next week expect to see some major changes in the Legacy household!
Community death count: 121 or so
Legacy Score: 43. (Gen: 3 + LTW: 6 + Portraits: 9 + House: 8 + LTR: 17)
Theme song of the week: “Dance into the Fire” by Duran Duran
